Time and attendance software for security guards

Time and attendance software records when each officer started and finished a shift. In GuardLink officers clock in on their phone with a photo and their location, and late arrivals, no-shows and missing clock-outs are flagged for you.

A shift, from arrival to home time

    1. Arrival

      Clock in with a photo

The officer clocks in on their phone. The photo, time and location are saved.

    2. At the gate

Only from the site, if you want

Turn on the site boundary and a clock-in from anywhere else is refused.

    3. Running late

      You see it without asking

A late arrival is marked late. If nobody clocks in at all, the shift is flagged as a no-show.

    4. Home time

      Hours go to the timesheet

Clocking out updates the officer's timesheet. A forgotten clock-out is flagged too.

    Questions

    Attendance: what people ask

    How do officers clock in?

From the guard portal on their own phone. Clocking in takes a photo and records the time and location.

Can we stop officers clocking in from somewhere else?

Yes. Turn on the boundary for a site and clock-ins from outside it are refused.

    Does attendance feed payroll?

Yes. Clocking out creates or updates the weekly timesheet, which is what pay is worked out from.
